Cabbage Patch Love

My sister in law found some cute pictures of a cabbage patch crochet hat and told me that I should make them. So I decided to search the web for a cute pattern and found it. It really wasn't a hard hat to do (it looks much more complicated). I made it in the "adult size" with 24 rows (it fits my head but would need more rows to be worn more comfortably) I found the pattern on Repeat Crafter Me 's blog. The hat looks great with and without the braids.

 

Headband organizer

After getting frustrated at finding headbands all over the house and stepping on headbands in my daughters room when I would check up on her at night, I came up with a great idea on how to organize her headbands. I wanted it to be simple and pretty. I used two sizes of ribbon, a weight, a loop, and my sewing machine.
